Sasol is incorporated as a public company under South African law, and prepares its consolidated annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Sasol also files an annual report with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 20-F. This contains consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS.
