The public participated in the:
- Funded Invitation through the acquisition of Sasol Inzalo Ordinary
Shares in Sasol Inzalo Public Limited ("Sasol Inzalo Public"); and / or
- Cash Invitation through the acquisition of Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares
in Sasol Limited.
Selected participants participate in the Sasol Inzalo BEE transaction through their ownership of Sasol Inzalo Groups Ordinary Shares in Sasol Inzalo Groups Limited ("Sasol Inzalo Groups").
Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares
The Minimum Investment Period that applied to the Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares ended on 7 September 2010. Since 8 September 2010 Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares could be traded, between BEE Compliant Persons, through the interim trading solution until the establishment of the JSE’s BEE trading facility. On Monday, 7 February 2011 the Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares were listed on the BEE Segment of the JSE and can be traded between BEE Compliant Persons, on the JSE.

Sasol Inzalo Ordinary Shares
The Minimum Investment Period that applied to the Sasol Inzalo Ordinary
Shares ended on 7 September 2011. Since 8 September 2011 Sasol Inzalo Ordinary
Shares could be traded, between BEE Compliant Persons, through the interim
trading solution. As from Thursday, 1 March 2012 the Sasol Inzalo Ordinary Shares can be traded between BEE Compliant Persons through a trading platform that allows current and potential shareholders to register their selling or
buying orders, thereby streamlining the trading process. This platform has been integrated with the existing service, through Computershare.
