The facility is located in Gauteng and manufactures STPP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate) from Sasol's entire output of PSP (Purified Sodium Phosphate).
STPP is spray-dried into a white free-flowing powder which is used as a builder in detergents and soap powders.
The bulk of the product is sold in South Africa.
