Please note Sasol does not deal directly with the buying and selling of shares.

Our ordinary shares and BEE ordinary shares trade on the JSE stock exchange. Anyone can purchase shares on the exchange and any amount can be invested. Our share price is available on our website: www.sasol.com. Note however that buying of shares can only be executed via a stockbroker. Stockbrokers are licensed members of the stock exchange who trade securities on behalf of clients as investors cannot invest directly on the exchange.

Any stock broker will be able to assist you with the purchase of shares of companies listed on the JSE. A list of brokers with their contact details can be found on the JSE website. Alternatively, your bank will also have a dedicated brokerage that can assist you or some of the larger branches of the commercial banks should also be able to assist you. Your broker will give you advice on your financial portfolio, advising when you should buy and sell your shares.

In addition, we have Khanyisa shares which trade on the BEE board of the JSE. The scheme has an empowerment period from 1 June 2018 to June 2028 or earlier of debt settlement. More information can be found at the following link:http://www.sasol.com/investor-centre/introducing-sasol-khanyisa-0.
