International Energy
International Energy
International Energy is responsible for developing, implementing and managing international ventures based on Sasol’s proprietary technology.
Currently our primary focus is on securing opportunities to advance the group’s gas-to-liquids (GTL) and coal-to–liquids (CTL) ambitions.
We are progressing GTL projects in Nigeria (SOBO) and have achieved stable operations at ORYX GTL in Qatar. International energy is also involved in pre-feasibility studies for a GTL project in Mozambique.
OPERATIONS / LOCATIONS
INTERNATIONAL ENERGY LOCATIONS AND OPERATIONS INCLUDE:
- South Africa
- The ORYX GTL plant is in Ras Laffan and the Sasol office is in Doha (Qatar)
- The EGTL plant is in Escravos and the Sasol office is in Lagos (Nigeria)
