Sasolburg, South Africa – The 30th Sasol Sasolburg Marathon was won by Katleho Muso from Cell C Running Club, Gauteng in 02:28:17 on Saturday 29 March 2025. According to World Athletics, this time places him 16th in South Africa this year. Rose Jijana from Actom Athletics Club in Vanderbijlpark won the ladies’ 42km event. Running in the 40-49 year category, Rose, a former Sasol Banyana Banyana soccer player, completed the race in an excellent 03:13:46.
