PVC LUBRICATION
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LUBRICANTS FOR PVC EXTRUSION
Fischer-Tropsch waxes offer the best-in-class lubrication characteristics to improve the sustainability of the production of PVC pipes and profiles. Compared to PE and paraffin waxes, Fischer-Tropsch waxes are highly efficient and can help reduce wax consumption by up to 50%.
The results are higher output rates, reduced energy input and high-quality PVC products with consistent physical properties and an extended lifetime of up to 100 years.
